Glorious Nannies, founded by Janice Pacheco, a former caregiver, offers a much sought-after service as a professional placement agency. She specializes in connecting trained and experienced nannies and caregivers from the Philippines with employers in Canada.
Pacheco is a Business Administration graduate who hails from the Philippines. She has extensive experience as a caregiver and has worked in retail and sales for years in several managerial roles and in Mortgage Industry.
She knows the opportunities and challenges of the market, especially in Canada. Thus, through her agency, she is able to ease the recruitment and placement process for both nannies/caregivers and families/employers.
Pacheco’s passion for childcare, development, and education was planted young. Not to mention that she is the eldest of 8 siblings. She decided to pursue it by sharing her abilities to assist families and nannies by finding them the best possible relationship. She was always very passionate about making a difference in both the family’s and nanny’s lives by working diligently to fulfill the expectations of both parties. With an impeccable work ethic and priority to one-on-one consultation, she believes in producing the best match.
